Trump Brokers Truce in Israel-Iran Fight
President Trump has reinstated a ceasefire between Israel and Iran after both sides briefly resumed attacks, drawing a sharp rebuke from the president.
“They’ve been fighting so long and so hard they don’t know what the f— they’re doing,” Trump told reporters before heading to a NATO summit.
After a tense call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump said Israel agreed to call off further strikes.
Trump said the truce was “very much in effect” and expressed optimism it would hold “for a long time.” A GOP congressman nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize for the ceasefire.

Mamdani Beats Cuomo in NYC Primary
Democratic socialist candidate Zohran Mamdani won the first round of the Democratic primary for New York City mayor Tuesday by a surprisingly large margin over former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
Cuomo called Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani to congratulate him on the victory, then said his campaign was “going to take a look and make some decisions.”
The race will be officially decided by ranked choice voting since no candidate received 50% in the first round.
Mamdani, a 33-year-old Democratic socialist, held 43.5% of the vote to Cuomo’s 36.3% with 80% of the votes counted by late Tuesday night.

How States Like TX, CO, and TN Could Become ‘Surf Destinations’
Coastal areas in Florida and North Carolina have had their fun. Now, surfable waves could reach America’s heartland—and you can invest in the company making it possible.
How are they making waves without an ocean?
It’s in the company’s name, Surf Lakes.
They’ve patented 360° plunger technology that can generate up to 2,000 surfable rides per hour in a lake (natural or man-made).
The idea is to power surf parks, a rising trend that brings surfing to the 99% of people who don’t surf—picture an experience like Topgolf, but for surfing.
The number of surf parks worldwide has more than quadrupled since 2018. But to give you an idea of just how early this trend is, there are only 20 so far.
Surfing tourism is a $65B global opportunity with plenty of growth still ahead.
But Surf Lakes’ revenue potential goes far beyond just opening a few parks:
-
Owned parks—Direct revenue from Surf Lakes-operated locations, including passes, coaching, media, and memberships.
-
Tech Licensing—Upfront fees from developers using Surf Lakes’ patented wave system.
-
Royalties—Ongoing revenue from licensed parks.
-
Events & Competitions—Income from ticketed surf events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
-
F&B & Retail—On-site sales from food, drinks, merchandise, and surf gear.
Their wave-making tech has the potential to become a revenue powerhouse.
And for a limited time, you can get a piece of it.

Seven Revenue Streams from One Business
A technology that creates literal waves has the potential to generate multiple streams of revenue for the company that made it.
That company is Surf Lakes.
Their system creates over 2,000 surfable rides per hour across multiple skill levels at once. The surf park industry is projected to reach $5.5B by 2030. Since surfing debuted in the 2020 Olympics, interest has surged, and so has the rise of surf parks. Surf Lakes is carving a path to dominate the market.
Not only is Surf Lakes opening its own surf parks, but it’s also patented the technology behind the waves. This gives Surf Lakes the ability to earn revenue from licensing its tech to other parks—in addition to the sale of food, beverage, retail, surf lessons, and more.
With 9 licenses already sold, support from world surf champ Mark Occhilupo, and fans like actor Chris Hemsworth, Surf Lakes is gaining global traction.
Investors have a rare opportunity to get in before the next wave hits.
