Good Morning! On this day in 1920, a horse-drawn cart pulled up across from the J.P. Morgan building in the heart of Wall Street and then exploded, killing more than 30 people and injuring hundreds. Federal authorities suspected Italian anarchists, but were never able to prove a case. The Wall Street bombing remains unsolved to this day.
We don’t often stop mid-workday to compare grooming routines, but Particle Face Cream has made the rounds among the guys at The Flyover. A few of our team members have been using it, and the feedback has been consistent: skin feels softer, smoother, fine lines look less noticeable, and eye bags are reduced. It’s rare we see a product work this well, which is why we’re excited to share it with you.

US, China Near TikTok Deal
U.S. and Chinese negotiators said Monday they’ve reached a framework to shift TikTok into U.S.-controlled ownership, with final terms set to be discussed Friday in a call between President Trump and Chinese President Xi.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the deal, pushed by a looming Sept. 17 deadline, would protect U.S. security concerns while preserving cultural elements China wants to keep.
Oracle is leading the list of potential buyers, with ByteDance expected to retain no more than 20% ownership.
Congress may still need to sign off, since lawmakers required divestiture last year over fears that Beijing could exploit user data.

US Strikes Venezuelan Traffickers Again
President Trump said Monday that a U.S. military strike killed three terrorists tied to Venezuelan drug cartels in international waters.
Footage released on Truth Social showed a small boat exploding after being hit by a missile. Watch it here. Trump called the action the second “kinetic strike” against alleged traffickers in the Southern Command’s area of responsibility.
The president said the boat was carrying narcotics bound for the U.S. No Americans were harmed.
The strike follows a Sept. 2 attack that killed 11 alleged traffickers and comes amid rising tensions with Venezuela’s Maduro regime, which denies the smuggling claims.

Elderly Nuns Flee Home to Alpine Convent
Three elderly Austrian nuns have staged a dramatic return to their old convent in the Alps after fleeing a retirement home where they say they were placed against their will.
Sisters Bernadette, 88, Regina, 86, and Rita, 82, were the last members of the Kloster Goldenstein community near Salzburg, where they had lived and worked as teachers for decades.
After church authorities dissolved the convent in 2024, the women were moved to a Catholic care home, but earlier this month, they packed their belongings, called a locksmith, and went back.
The church says their old convent rooms are unsafe and insists they need professional care, but the nuns argue they were promised lifelong residence and feel far happier at home. Watch them here.
