Good Morning! On this day in 1872, suffragette Susan B. Anthony and 14 other women defiantly voted in the presidential election between Ulysses S. Grant and Horace Greeley at a time when women weren’t allowed to vote. She was arrested and fined, and pardoned nearly 150 years later by President Trump in 2020.

Democrats Sweep Key Races
Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani, 34, was elected New York City mayor Tuesday night as Democrats won the governorships of Virginia and New Jersey as well.
Mamdani easily beat former N.Y. Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a fellow Democrat, and Republican Curtis Sliwa to take office in a race that drew a massive turnout.
In Virginia, Democrat Abigail Spanberger was declared the winner over GOP Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, becoming the first woman to lead the state.
In Virginia’s attorney general race, Democrat Jay Jones defeated GOP incumbent Jason Miyares after resisting calls to drop out over text messages expressing violence toward Republicans.
In New Jersey’s governor race, Democrat Mikie Sherrill beat Republican Jack Ciattarelli, keeping the state’s governor’s mansion in Democratic Party hands.
Also last night, California voters approved Proposition 50, a ballot measure that allows Democrats to redraw the state’s congressional districts without using the independent redistricting commission.

UPS Plane Crashes in Louisville
At least seven people were killed and 11 others injured after a UPS cargo plane was involved in a “catastrophic crash” in Louisville that exploded in a huge fireball of flame and smoke.
“Anybody who has seen the images and the video knows how violent this crash is, and there are a lot of families that are gonna be waiting and wondering for a period of time,” Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said at a news conference Tuesday night.
Businesses in the area were heavily impacted by the crash, including Kentucky Petroleum Recycling and Grade A Auto Parts, the governor said. At least two employees of Grade A Auto Parts are unaccounted for.
The plane crashed at around 5:15 p.m. local time as it was departing for Honolulu from Louisville’s Muhammad Ali International Airport, the Federal Aviation Administration said, noting it would have been full of fuel for the long flight to Hawaii.

Ozempic only targeted weight loss. This breakthrough takes on the entire pharmaceutical industry.
Ozempic began as a diabetes medication, then revolutionized the entire $27 billion weight-loss industry. Now, mushrooms are getting their turn in an even bigger wellness market.
The functional mushroom industry is projected to reach $66 billion as people discover their power to treat anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and more. Hypha Labs is positioning itself to lead the movement with its AI-powered Mushroom Accelerator. Investors have until midnight to join before their share price changes.
While mushroom cultivation traditionally takes several weeks, Hypha patented a way to access their nutrients in just eight days through their countertop device. Think of it as a Keurig for personalized medicine. Users choose their symptom, load a cartridge into Hypha’s countertop AI Accelerator, and let the machine grow perfectly formulated MicroPearls™ that can be added to any food or drink.
The company is moving fast towards commercial production of mushroom nutrients. They just partnered with Automated Technical Services (ATS) to produce mushroom supplements on an industrial scale. The move unlocks the potential to sell directly through health vendors nationwide.
Time’s running out.
Lock in the current Hypha Labs share price before it changes tonight, Nov. 5 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

Final day to invest before this share price changes.
Timing is everything for smart investors. When a company signals a share price change, it often reflects swift progress—traction, milestones, and momentum building behind the scenes.
That moment has arrived for Hypha Labs.
The biotech innovator is on a path to transform the $66 billion functional mushroom market. Their kitchen countertop device enables anyone to access mushroom nutrients at home.
However, the company is also expanding its commercial channels through industrial-scale mushroom nutrient production. That means they could potentially sell mushroom nutrients through retailers nationwide. This is only part of what’s prompting the share price change.
Those aware of this shift still have a short window to invest at the current price before the change takes effect tonight at 11:59 PM PST.
This is a paid advertisement for Hypha Labs’ Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.hyphalabs.com.
