Senate Moves to Block Trump in Venezuela
The Senate voted 52-47 on Thursday to advance a War Powers resolution barring President Trump from further military action in Venezuela after a U.S. strike captured leader Nicolás Maduro.
Sponsored by Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., and co-sponsored by Rand Paul, R-Ky., the vote on the resolution was procedural but indicated that the measure, which would force Trump to seek congressional approval before any new use of force, has enough support to pass.
Five Republicans joined Democrats—Paul, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Josh Hawley, and Todd Young—in a rare GOP break from Trump, saying bombing and leadership removal are acts of war reserved for Congress.
Trump blasted the five GOP senators in a Truth Social post, saying they “should never be elected to office again.”

Medical Problem Ends NASA Mission
NASA is cutting short the Crew-11 mission from the International Space Station after an astronaut developed a medical problem, prompting the agency to postpone the first spacewalk of 2026.
The space agency said on Thursday that the U.S.-Japanese-Russian crew of four will return to Earth in the coming days, a month earlier than planned. The crew included NASA’s Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, along with Japan’s Kimiya Yui and Russia’s Oleg Platonov.
The medical issue emerged on Wednesday afternoon, and NASA said the astronaut involved is currently stable. The identity and condition weren’t disclosed for privacy reasons.

List: Best Waffle Cafe in Every State
A list of the best waffle restaurants in each state shows that Americans love waffles whether piled high with berries or drenched in syrup with a side of fried chicken.
The list ranges from the simple waffle at Le Peep in Nebraska to the “Fly Ball” at the Copper Dog Cafe in North Dakota, a pepperoni-and-cheese pizza waffle with pizza sauce.
More than 10 restaurants serve fried chicken with their waffles. Some places, like Yo’ Mama’s in downtown Birmingham, Alabama, serve the chicken on the side, while others, following the example of Dame’s in North Carolina, place the chicken directly on top of the waffle.
Still others, like Oklahoma’s Waffle Champion and Texas’ Seabrook Waffle Company, elevate the waffle to brunch status by stacking savory items like eggs, bacon, ham, chicken, and a dash of Tabasco honey. See the best waffle restaurant in your state here.

Washington Wants Control Over Your Money. Here’s How to Opt Out.
If you’re approaching retirement…
…I suggest you read every word below.
The Federal Reserve just printed $4.8 trillion in three years. Your savings account pays 0.5% while inflation runs at 8%. The math doesn’t work in your favor.
Meanwhile, every dollar you deposit goes straight into their system. They lend it out at 20%. You get 0.5%. They control when you can access it. They track every transaction. They decide what’s “suspicious activity.”
And now they’re rolling out Central Bank Digital Currencies – programmable money they can freeze, expire, or tax at will. But a small group of Americans has figured out how to completely sidestep the traditional banking system. They’re using decentralized finance to become their own banks, collecting the same transaction fees that JPMorgan and Citigroup earn: 12-20% monthly returns, regardless of whether markets go up or down.
No permission needed. No middleman. No government oversight. Just complete financial autonomy.
While banks collapsed in 2023 and depositors scrambled to get their money out, these Americans had already moved their wealth outside the system. They weren’t affected by bank failures, government freezes, or FDIC limits.
…They’d become their own banks.
The infrastructure is already built. Over 4,000 Americans are already using this system to generate passive income while maintaining complete control of their assets.
The question isn’t whether Washington will protect your money.
The question is: Will you opt out before they take control of it?

BlackRock’s crash-proof income system (reverse-engineered)
BlackRock generates $20 billion annually whether markets go up, down, or sideways. How? They’ve mastered a three-phase system that collects fees from trading volume – not price direction.
Tan Gera, CFA and former Wall Street investment banker reverse-engineered their exact system and turned $57k into $1.87 million. Now his members are accessing:
- 3-8% monthly yields on crypto they already hold
- Passive fee collection from liquidity pools (set once, check occasionally)
- Income generation in any market direction
Click here to access the full breakdown + system
No more speculation. Use the same methods institutions do to earn regardless of market conditions. While retail panics, you could be collecting fees like BlackRock does.
