FBI Arrests Suspected Leaker
The FBI has arrested 21-year-old Jack Teixeira for his alleged role in the recent leaks of classified intelligence.
Jack is a member of the Massachusetts Air National Guard, and he was a prominent member of a now-defunct Discord chat where the classified info made its earliest appearance. He will be charged with removing or transmitting classified national defense information, a crime under the Espionage Act.
Teixeira’s role in the National Guard was “cyber transport systems specialist,” essentially an IT specialist who worked with the global flow of military communication.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said the Pentagon is reviewing its “intelligence access, accountability and control procedures” in response to the leak.

Obama Staffer Blows Whistle on Bidens
Former White House stenographer Mike McCormick says he witnessed incriminating conversations about the Bidens’ “kickback scheme” in Ukraine, and he’s willing to testify under oath.
In fact, he’s upset that the FBI hasn’t taken his tips seriously: “In February, I went to the FBI and filed one of their tips on their website. If you do that, and you're lying to them, you go to jail. I'm not lying. I'm telling the truth, and I'm not going to jail…”
McCormick says that he overheard Jake Sullivan (then an aid to VP Biden) discussing plans to direct American investment to the Ukrainian energy sector—days after Hunter Biden joined the board at Burisma. The comments were made on Air Force Two before a trip to Kyiv, and Congress allocated $50 million to Ukrainian energy markets several days later.

DeSantis Signs 6-Week Abortion Ban
Florida has been known as an abortion haven in the south, but that will change now that Governor DeSantis has signed the Heartbeat Protection Act, a bill that makes abortions illegal after 6 weeks.
This makes 12 states that have enacted abortion bans for post 6-week pregnancies. The Florida Supreme Court is expected to uphold the bill.
We are proud to support life and family in the state of Florida," DeSantis said in a statement. "I applaud the Legislature for passing the Heartbeat Protection Act that expands pro-life protections and provides additional resources for young mothers and families.”
Just two of the 28 state Senate Republicans voted against the measure, and it follows on the heels of a 15-week ban last year.
