➤ A federal judge on Thursday blocked the Pentagon’s efforts to censure Sen. Mark Kelly and lower his retirement rank over a video calling on service members to reject unlawful orders. The judge said no court had ever extended military limits on First Amendment rights to retired service members. (More)
