Article Icon 1WWI Letters Wash Ashore in Australia

Two letters written by Australian soldiers on their way to fight in World War I have washed up more than a century later on a remote beach in Western Australia.

The notes, dated Aug. 15, 1916, were tucked inside a Schweppes bottle and written just days after Privates Malcolm Neville and William Harley left Adelaide for France.

Malcolm, who later died in battle, wrote warmly to his mother back home. William, who survived the war but suffered from gas exposure, offered well wishes to whoever might find the bottle.

Their families called the discovery emotional and miraculous—a final message from the past, finally delivered. Watch a video report.

Students and staff at Buffalo Academy of Science in New York surprised their principal with a heartfelt ceremony just days before her real wedding.

After Principal Brianna Lanoye joked about inviting the whole school to her big day, teachers and students made it happen—complete with a makeshift gown, candy Ring Pops, and a student officiant.

More than 400 students packed the courtyard to watch Lanoye and fiancé Zach Klapp exchange playful vows.

Brianna called the moment “unforgettable” and said she was “blown away” by the love. Watch video report.

Jennifer Tapner, 52, lives alongside the 200 residents she manages at The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights, a senior living community in New York.

After years in a national leadership role, she returned to direct care to reconnect with the people she serves—sharing meals, walking dogs, and training for a marathon with residents cheering her on.

Living on-site has deepened her empathy and helped her better understand residents’ everyday concerns and emotional needs.

Jennifer says the experience has made her a better listener and advocate, seeing firsthand the importance of treating older adults as individuals, not statistics.

They’ve Pushed America To The Brink of Financial Ruin

The American Dream is being threatened by the policies of reckless politicians who’ve unleashed a wave of inflation not seen since the 1970s.

Citadel CEO Ken Griffin confirms a brutal truth: “We’re definitely on a sugar high in the US economy right now,” warning that we are in a “very pro-inflationary environment.”

In 2008, the S&P 500 plummeted by more than 38%, wiping out trillions of dollars in retirement savings overnight. For those nearing retirement, the losses were catastrophic, but they pale in comparison to what’s on the horizon.

This isn’t speculation. This view is shared by some of the world’s wealthiest and most influential individuals.

Look at the latest news from Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. With the US Dollar’s devaluation and “smart money” demand soaring, their 2026 gold price forecast has surged to $4,500–$4,900 per ounce. The “smart money” isn’t waiting for the inevitable collapse.

They’re protecting their wealth with a little-known IRS loophole that allows a tax-free, penalty-free transfer of savings into physical gold.

You can follow the same path to security. If you have a 401(k), IRA, TSP, or pension, you can use the same wealth-saving loophole the elites have gatekept for decades.

Download the 2025 Wealth Protection Guide now and learn how to shield your savings from disaster.

This isn’t about getting rich quickly. It’s about ensuring you don’t become poor overnight.

Inflation is rising, recession is looming, and the stock market bubble looks ready to burst. While dollar-denominated assets, such as stocks and bonds, could plummet, physical gold owners may soon be celebrating.

President Trump’s proposed “Gold Reset” could mark America’s greatest wealth creation event in nearly a century. This historic move would instantly revalue the nation’s gold reserves, catapulting the value of physical gold to new heights as the value of government gold skyrockets by 9,000%.

Friday Quote

“Whilst we were getting prepared for the wedding, … I told the groomsmen not to let Bunny eat anything she shouldn’t. But when the wedding photos came back, we saw she was eating some of the canapes. It proves you can’t put groomsmen in charge of anything.”
