Article Icon 1SpaceX Gets Approval to Double Launches

Already the most flown rocket in the world, the number of Falcon 9 launches from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station may soon more than double from 50 annually to up to 120.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) decided that SpaceX can expand its Falcon 9 launch and landing capacity without an Environmental Impact Statement.

The FAA also approved a new on-site landing zone that could accommodate up to 34 booster landings per year. The boosters are reusable first-stage portions of Falcon 9 rockets that SpaceX lands and refurbishes for future flights.

A similar environmental assessment is still pending for SpaceX’s operations at Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Complex 39-A for its Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy launches, where SpaceX also wants to build a new landing pad.

A mailbox explosion in Whisper Lakes has shaken residents. The 94-year-old woman who lives in the home said she’s afraid to check her mail. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office reported that someone placed an explosive inside the mailbox and then drove away.

Surveillance video captured a car pulling up to the home just after 5 a.m., followed by a loud explosion that scattered debris across four yards. Deputies continue to investigate, but said it appears to be an isolated incident.

According to local residents, vandalism has been a recurring problem, with reports of spray-painted houses, shattered car windows, and scratched vehicles.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service called the incident a serious federal crime. In a statement, the agency said it is working closely with the sheriff’s office and taking the matter seriously.

Article Icon 1AAA Launches Safe Streets Campaign

On Wednesday, AAA launched Safe Streets for Small Wheels, a new safety initiative for e-bikes and e-scooters throughout the state.

The campaign addresses the risks while promoting safety by educating both riders and drivers about best practices for sharing the road.

The auto club said there’s been a sharp rise in reported injuries on e-bikes due to their speed, their low profile, and their riders’ lack of helmets.

The statewide campaign includes messaging on social media, billboards, and select college campuses.

Did you know that collagen deficiency strikes nearly everyone over the age of 30?

This is because after you turn 30, you start losing 1% of collagen per year.

Which is a bad thing.

You see, collagen is the “glue” that holds your body together. And without enough collagen your body literally starts falling apart (FAST!).

Some of the warning signs are a droopy neck, brittle nails, dry, flaky hair, and deep lines around your mouth and eyes.

When people start noticing these signs, they often turn to expensive collagen powders for help.

Only problem? They’re INCOMPLETE, and therefore useless.
