Jailed U.S. Citizens Released from Venezuela
Venezuela on Friday released 10 jailed U.S. citizens and residents in exchange for migrants the U.S. deported to El Salvador months earlier under an immigration crackdown.
Former Navy SEAL Wilbert Joseph Castaneda, detained in Venezuela last year during personal travel, was among the Americans released despite U.S. travel warnings. The U.S. has warned Americans against traveling to Venezuela or near its borders, citing the risks of wrongful detention.
El Salvador released more than 250 Venezuelan migrants who were believed to belong to the violent Tren de Aragua street gang. They had been housed at the Terrorism Confinement Center mega-prison since March.
Trump Sues WSJ for $10 Billion
President Trump sued The Wall Street Journal’s publisher Friday for $10 billion over an article he called false and defamatory, alleging it erroneously linked him to Epstein via a lewd letter.
The outlet described the letter as a naked woman’s outline sent to Epstein for his 50th birthday but omitted a full image and did not disclose its source.
Meanwhile, the Justice Department filed a request to unseal grand jury transcripts related to Epstein’s 2019 child sex trafficking charges in New York, which ended when Epstein died in custody later that year.

Why Getting Up From A Chair Gets Harder Each Year (It’s Not Age)
How do some folks stay active well into their 70s, 80s, and even 90s… while others find themselves hobbling down stairs or needing to rock back and forth just to get out of a chair?
According to a breakthrough discovery by Harvard University scientists, it comes down to a hidden culprit that dries out your joints from the inside: “joint drought.”
When this “drought” is addressed, it not only soothes joint discomfort but also makes joints feel younger and more mobile than they have in years. The good news? Doing this is easy, affordable, and takes just 5 seconds a day.
A Boston medical doctor recently recorded a short presentation explaining exactly what joint drought is — and how this 5-second trick can help beat it starting today.
His video quickly went viral with over seven million views. And thousands across the country are singing the praises of this method on social media.
Kay Gilbert from Athens, Alabama wrote, “I’m 73 and feel like running all over the place again. My kids say I outshop them in Walmart.”
