Good Morning! On this day in 1951, President Harry S. Truman delivered a speech in San Francisco that was broadcast nationwide, marking the first coast-to-coast television program.
Yesterday, we asked about your dolphin encounters, and the stories poured in. One reader recalled kayaking in a shallow Texas bay when a dolphin glided under their boat—then gave three powerful tail slaps that left them soaked and smiling. Thanks for responding, we enjoy hearing from you!
Today’s sponsor is Frontieras, a company positioned for a trillion-dollar future, with a new investment opportunity now open to The Flyover readers following its successful Texas pilot and upcoming commercial project in West Virginia.

Florida to End Vaccine Mandates
Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo announced Wednesday that the state will begin dismantling all vaccine mandates, including those required for schoolchildren.
Standing alongside Gov. Ron DeSantis, Ladapo called such mandates “wrong” and said families, not the government, should decide what vaccines to take.
Currently, Florida requires several immunizations for preschool entry, including polio, hepatitis B, and DTaP for diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis
The state has not banned vaccines but aims to shift toward voluntary guidance, encouraging parents to make informed, personal choices.
Other states are making moves as well. California, Oregon, and Washington say they were forming the West Coast Health Alliance to issue their own vaccine guidelines, citing distrust in the CDC.

Bill Targets Stock Trades in Congress
A bipartisan group in the House rolled out a new bill Wednesday aiming to ban members of Congress and their families from trading stocks.
The Restore Trust in Congress Act comes after years of public outcry over potential conflicts of interest and would impose steep fines for violations.
With support from both sides of the political spectrum, lawmakers say they’ll push for a floor vote this month—one even quipped, “If you want to day trade, leave Congress,” with another saying, “Congress is not a casino.”

China Showcases Full Military Array
China showcased its full land, sea, and air nuclear capabilities for the first time during a major military parade in Beijing on Wednesday, marking the 80th anniversary of Japan’s WWII defeat.
President Xi Jinping was joined by Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in a rare public show of alignment. New weapons included upgraded intercontinental missiles, submarine drones, and four-legged “robot wolves” designed for reconnaissance and combat support.
From Washington, President Trump accused the three leaders of “conspiring against the United States” in a post on social media, while the Kremlin dismissed the claim as unfounded.
Presidents Putin and Xi were caught on a hot mic at a military parade discussing biotechnology and the possibility of humans living to 150—or even achieving immortality.

The Final Push to 1,000+
Ten days ago, we set out on a mission to reach 1,000 investors. Without you, we could not make it. But here’s the deal: we only have one day left.
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, now is the moment to step in and be one of the final investors who help us cross this milestone. Together, we can finish strong.
Invest in The Flyover today
You Have Questions. We Have Answers!
One of the top questions we get is: How do I get a return on my investment?
We believe in transparency. Like all investments, this carries risk—but here’s why The Flyover is different: we’re already profitable after just two years, with 80% gross margins and 24% net income. This puts The Flyover in the top 1% of media start-ups.
The three most common ways investors can realize returns are:
- A Sale: A larger media company or strategic partner could acquire The Flyover. If that day comes, we’d only partner with those who uphold our high standards. CNN or NPR need not apply.
- Public Listing: While we’re private today, the future could include listing on a stock exchange, giving owners and investors freedom to buy and sell their shares.
- Profit Distributions (Dividends): Because we’re profitable now, unlike most startups, dividends are a real possibility in the future.
To recap: 1. Sale. 2. Listing. 3. Distributions.
Your Last Chance
This is your opportunity to be part of something truly unique. Help us surpass our goal of 1,000 investors—we have one day left—and still qualify for up to 10% bonus shares.
It all comes down to this final day. Will you step up?
Invest in The Flyover today.

From Texas to West Virginia: An Untapped $1.2 Energy Opportunity
For years, coal was treated as a dirty word in D.C. But the new policy is turning the narrative upside down. Energy security and domestic production are now top priorities, and everything that made Frontieras’ breakthrough technology difficult to commercialize is suddenly a huge advantage.
Their patented FASForm process doesn’t burn coal. Instead, it unlocks its hidden value, converting what was once wasted into $2.1 trillion worth of high-demand commodities.
This could pave the way for a 21st-century “Rockefeller” moment for coal. If Frontieras captures just 2% of the global coal market, the roadmap points to a potential $1 trillion valuation.
These are the global markets the FASForm technology will impact:
After successful validation of it’s pilot in Texas, Frontieras is now developing a large commercial project in West Virginia. They’re giving investors a chance to join them and benefit from this globally impacting commercialization.
They just launched another limited-time investment opportunity. Don’t miss this chance to become a Frontieras shareholder at the same price as their last private raise.
