Question: What famous U.S tourist destination is overrun by feral chickens?

Answer: Key West. Chickens originally brought to the Florida island for food by Cuban and Spanish immigrants were eventually set free once eggs and poultry became easier to get at local grocery stores. The birds have continued to flourish and islanders now have a love/hate relationship with them: either they love how exotic and colorful they are—or they hate having them underfoot all day long.
