Biden Urges Supreme Court Overhaul
President Biden on Monday urged Congress to enact reforms that will overhaul the Supreme Court and to ratify a constitutional amendment that limits presidential immunity.
Under Biden’s proposed plans, Supreme Court justices would be subjected to 18-year term limits and be held to a strict code of ethics. He also called for the removal of protections of presidents from federal criminal charges.
Congressional leaders say there’s little chance that Biden’s suggested reforms will gain traction over the opposition of the Republican majority in the House.

Financial advisors often overlook gold due to conflicts of interest, prioritizing assets that generate ongoing fees or commissions. Once you own gold, there are no recurring fees or commissions for advisors to gain from, making it less appealing from their perspective. However, as an investor focused on long-term stability and diversification, gold should not be overlooked.
