Good Morning! On this day in 1949, country music legend Hank Williams Sr. played the Grand Ole Opry radio broadcast for the first time, one of the most famous debuts in the show’s history. Williams was called out for six encores. Here’s a recording.
Today, we’re reporting on “office chair butt“—a not-so-flattering term for gluteal muscle loss that comes from too much sitting. Even short bursts of movement can make a big difference. So we’re curious: How do you keep yourself moving these days? Reply and let us know your favorite way to stay active.
We’re sponsored today by Organixx, your source for collagen supplements to keep you looking younger.

Russia Unleashes Massive Drone Strike on Ukraine
Russia launched one of its largest air assaults yet, firing 315 drones and seven missiles over a five-hour barrage across Ukraine, killing at least eight and injuring dozens more.
Ukraine’s air force said it downed the majority of drones, but strikes still hit civilian infrastructure in Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Chernihiv. In Odesa, a maternity hospital and emergency center were among the targets. See a video here.
President Zelensky condemned the attack and called for “action from America” and stronger pressure from Europe and global allies.
The strikes followed a recent round of prisoner exchanges between Russia and Ukraine after talks in Turkey.

States Sue to Stop 23andMe Genetic Data Sale
Twenty-seven states and D.C. are suing to block bankrupt DNA testing firm 23andMe from selling genetic data without customer consent.
The lawsuit argues that biological samples and health traits are too personal to be treated as assets in a bankruptcy sale.
The lawsuit follows Regeneron’s $256 million acquisition attempt and a surprise $305 million counterbid from 23andMe co-founder Anne Wojcicki.
23andMe insists the sale complies with its privacy policies and applicable law, but states argue those protections aren’t enough for 15 million customers.
A court decision is pending as the bankruptcy sale process continues.

An enormous rip-off is happening right under your nose… but it’s not what you think.
Because collagen is an amazing protein that we need more of to keep our skin taut and firm as we age, it’s no surprise that it’s a multi-billion-dollar market.
And in their obsession to squeeze out every dollar, greedy manufacturers have taken an unsuspecting public for a ride with cheap collagen powders.
For collagen that revitalizes skin and reverses wrinkles, it needs FIVE crucial elements…
1. All five types of collagen that the body needs,
2. To come from four vitally different sources,
3. Whole-food Vitamin C, Silica, and Zinc for full absorption,
4. Free of clumps, smell, or unpleasant taste (so you actually take it),
5. Clean-sourced and GMO-free for maximum purity.
And the hidden truth is that 99% of collagen powders have only one or two of these!
