President Biden signed a $460 billion spending bill that averted a partial government shutdown this weekend. Another six temporary appropriation bills are due to expire on March 22. (More)

 A Texas judge ruled that a White House program allowing up to 30,000 asylum-seekers from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela to enter the U.S. each month can continue. Texas had sued to block the program. (More
