Today we say farewell to the 2024 Paris Olympics and The Flyover’s special Olympics section. It’s been a great two weeks, and we leave you today with video of Tom Cruise rappelling into the closing ceremony.

Trump Slams Biden in Musk Interview
Former President Donald Trump sat down with Elon Musk on Monday night for a public conversation airing live on Musk’s “X” platform (formerly Twitter) on topics ranging from his assassination attempt to illegal immigration to international affairs and the 2024 election.
The interview, spanning more than two hours, was delayed by 40 minutes due to what Musk described as a massive cyberattack. Despite the technical difficulties, the conversation drew more than 1.3 million listeners once it got underway.
Trump expressed strong dissatisfaction with President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, saying they had failed the country on multiple fronts.
He asserted that under his leadership, events like the October attack on Israel, the war in Ukraine, and high inflation would not have occurred.

Hamas Backs Out of Peace Talks
Hamas walked away from ceasefire talks on Sunday, announcing it would not attend Thursday’s final round of negotiations.
The Palestinian terror group cited the recent killing of its political leader, Ismail Haniyeh, and airstrikes in Gaza for pulling out.
French, German, and British officials released a joint statement Monday, urging Hamas to return to the table and meet with mediators. The group also called on Iran to refrain from retaliatory attacks that would escalate regional tensions.
Monday’s statement arrived as the U.S. ordered a guided missile submarine and a carrier strike group to the Middle East.

What You Didn’t Know About Magnesium
Magnesium deficiency could be the silent culprit behind your anxiety.
A 2017 review of 18 studies confirmed that magnesium significantly reduces various forms of anxiety, including mild anxiety, premenstrual syndrome, postpartum anxiety, and generalized anxiety. But if magnesium is the solution, why isn’t everyone stress-free?
The problem is two-fold:
- Widespread Deficiency: Almost everyone is severely deficient in magnesium, even those meeting the “recommended daily dose.” Higher stress levels, especially among ambitious individuals, require much higher doses.
- Ineffective Supplements: Most magnesium supplements fail to alleviate stress. Modern agriculture has depleted our soil and diet of magnesium, leaving up to 80% of the population deficient. Most products contain only 1-3 forms of magnesium, while our bodies need all 7 forms.
Now, imagine the transformation when your body gets ALL the magnesium it needs, in all the forms it requires, at the optimal dosage. Synthetic and incomplete magnesium supplements are often not recognized by your body, rendering them ineffective.
