Good Morning! On this day in 1957, Dick Clark’s American Bandstand made its national debut on ABC-TV as a showcase for teens dancing to Top 40 songs. The show would run for 32 more years, but only one episode from the 1950s still exists. You can see it here.
Today, we bring you the story of a 92-year-old Ohio man who quietly logged every book he read—3,599 in all—over six decades. Do you keep a record of what you read? Or do the books disappear behind you like footprints in the sand? Reply to this email to let us know.
We are sponsored today by Mode Mobile, offering a pre-IPO investment opportunity to The Flyover readers.

DOJ Launches Russiagate Grand Jury Probe
Attorney General Pam Bondi has greenlit a grand jury investigation into allegations that top Obama-era intelligence officials conspired to falsely link President Trump to Russia in the 2016 presidential election.
The probe follows a criminal referral from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who recently declassified intelligence documents she says were suppressed by deep state actors.
The investigation could target former officials like James Comey, John Brennan, and James Clapper, though no charges have been filed.
