Russia Issues Arrest Warrant for Lindsey Graham

Russia has issued an arrest warrant for Republican Senator Lindsey Graham after Ukraine released a video edited to show him saying “Russians are dying” and then describing US military support for Ukraine as “the best money we’ve ever spent.”

Russian officials said they were outraged and opened a criminal inquiry into Graham’s statements.

For his part, Graham was unapologetic. On Monday, he said Russia’s anger “brings me immense joy.”

China Wants Red Boots on the Moon

China announced plans to send men to the moon by 2030 and expand China’s orbiting space station. The country will launch a new team of three astronauts to the station today.

The announcement marks the start of a new space race with the United States—which aims to put men back on the moon by the end of 2025. The U.S. is planning a landing on the moon’s south pole, where scientists believe they may find craters packed with frozen water.
