Politicians Ready to Rumble

Stock Market Rallies on Good Inflation News
The stock market rallied strongly Tuesday, with the Dow Jones Average jumping 1.43%, or 489 points, and the S&P 500 gaining 1.9%, its best day since April. The Nasdaq also climbed 2.37%.
Behind the widespread rally was news that inflation slowed last month, leading investors to hope the Federal Reserve will stop raising interest rates. More than 90% of the stocks in the S&P 500 were up on Tuesday.
The gains come on top of an already strong market performance this month, with all three major indexes moving higher in November between 5% and 10%.
Air Taxis Take Flight
Joby Aviation flew a demonstration flight of its pioneering electric air taxi at the downtown heliport in Manhattan, the first time the Joby craft has flown in an urban setting. (See Video)
The company hopes to have the air taxis operational by 2025, claiming a passenger could get from JFK airport to downtown Manhattan in seven minutes. It currently takes at least an hour.
The electric aircraft can recharge in five minutes while passengers are loading and unloading. The company hasn’t set a price but said it would be comparable to a rideshare in a car.
