Good Morning! On this day in 1938, Cincinnati Reds pitcher Johnny Vander Meer threw his second consecutive no-hitter, beating the Brooklyn Dodgers 6-0 in the first-ever night game at Ebbets Field. No pitcher has matched the feat in the 88 years since. (See Story)
Imagine scratching off a $100,000 winner, driving to lottery headquarters to collect your money, and being told it’s actually worth $20. That happened to an Indiana man this week, and we’re still mad about it. His story is in Et Cetera.
Today’s sponsor, Doroni, is giving investors a chance to participate in what some analysts believe could become a multi-trillion-dollar flying car industry, with a company developing a personal electric aircraft designed for everyday consumers rather than commercial fleets.

US, Iran Reach Deal to End War
The United States and Iran have reached a peace deal to end the war and reopen the Strait of Hormuz, Pakistan’s prime minister announced Sunday. The signing is expected to take place on Friday in Switzerland.
The agreement came hours after Israeli strikes near Beirut nearly derailed the deal, with President Trump bluntly criticizing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and warning both sides to stand down.
The deal creates a 60-day framework for broader talks on Iran’s nuclear program and frozen assets, but does not resolve either issue. The U.S. will ease sanctions to allow Iran to sell more of its oil and strengthen its economy.
Republican critics have already said the terms are no better than the 2015 deal Trump pulled out of during his first term.

Situation Room Might Have Been Recorded
White House officials believe two reporters obtained audio recordings of classified Situation Room meetings for a forthcoming book on the Trump presidency, an unprecedented breach of one of the most secure rooms on Earth.
The book, Regime Change, due out June 23, is based on roughly 1,000 interviews and includes verbatim dialogue from top-secret meetings about the Iran war and the Epstein files.
Vice President JD Vance proposed enlisting Tucker Carlson to interview convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell in prison to clear Trump’s name, while Trump wanted the Epstein issue buried entirely.
The White House has not disputed the accuracy of the quoted conversations. Independent recording devices are forbidden in the Situation Room. Read about additional leaks here.

UFC Fights Rock the White House
The White House hosted its first professional sporting event Sunday night as UFC Freedom 250 turned the South Lawn into a fight arena for President Trump’s 80th birthday. The crowd sang Happy Birthday as Trump sat cageside next to promoter Dana White.
Fighters walked through the Grand Foyer, Green Room, and Red Room on their way to the South Lawn, while the U.S. Marine Band played walk-out music and a B-1 bomber shook the ground with afterburners past midnight. Watch Trump and White kick off the event from the Oval Office here.
American underdog Justin Gaethje stunned the card by handing champion Spain’s Ilia Topuria the first loss of his career, winning the lightweight title after Topuria’s corner stopped the fight following a bloody fourth round. Gaethje celebrated with a backflip off the cage and a handshake with the president.
About 4,000 watched from the South Lawn while more than 100,000 fans packed the Ellipse across the street to watch on giant screens, making it one of the largest public gatherings in Washington in years.

Morgan Stanley Calls this a $9T Opportunity
If Morgan Stanley is right, the flying car industry will grow 185,850% by 2050. In fact, they say it will reach $9 trillion in size, more than twice the value of today’s global car market.
And 5,500+ investors believe Doroni will lead the charge.
While competitors chase air fleets and taxis, Doroni’s H1-X aircraft is designed for everyday life. It plugs in and charges like an EV, fits in a two-car garage, and requires just 25 hours of training to pilot.
Others are peddling blueprints and renderings. Meanwhile, Doroni just unveiled a full-scale showroom prototype in March. It was so impressive, FOX Business called it the “‘flying car’ set to revolutionize personal air travel.”

➤ She had three kids… but her stomach looks tighter now (see how). After turning 50, Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke started to notice her body changing. Even the doctors she saw all told her the same answer: it just comes with age. But when she dug deeper into why traditional advice was failing her… A study by NIH researchers revealed a different story. She uncovered that just 3 grams, less than a teaspoon, of a substance had a profound effect on the body. Today, Brooke is leaner and stronger, and her stomach looks tighter than it did 10 years ago (even after having three kids). Everyone over the age of 40 needs to know about this >>
