Happy Saturday! On this day in 1968, Johnny Cash recorded his legendary live album at Fulsom State Prison in California. Johnny played two back-to-back concerts, opening both with Folsom Prison Blues, and all but two songs on the recording came from the first performance. No video was recorded, but we do have video of Cash playing Folsom Prison Blues at San Quentin State Prison a year later. (Watch)

Most regions of America are dealing with extreme weather this weekend.
Wind chills will drop to -35 (possibly -55) from Washington to North Dakota, and down to Nebraska and Kansas.
Hail, strong winds, and even tornadoes are likely near the intersection of Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas, and state officials are warning of hypothermia and frostbite in Texas, where wind chills may hit -25.
Chicago and Milwaukee are being blasted with snow and high winds, and both cities may soon be under blizzard warnings.
In Iowa, the home stretch before the Iowa caucuses is being disrupted by heavy snow and wind chills in the negative 20s.
Defense Sec. Launches Attacks from Hospital
America’s Secretary of Defense, Llyod Austin, has been coordinating military action from his hospital room, including Thursday’s retaliatory strike on Houthi rebels.
He was taken to Walter Reed in an ambulance on January 1st due to complications from prostate cancer. He’s turned his room into a secure communications center and used the space to monitor Houthi attacks, plan a response, and watch the results in real-time.
Austin failed to inform the chain of command that he had cancer—or that he was undergoing anesthesia on the same day that Houthis launched an aggressive attack in the Red Sea.

Do you know that much of what Big Pharma tells you about bone health is actually a lie?
Your bones are alive.
It’s never too late to build bone because it’s living tissue that constantly repairs itself.
And because it’s living tissue, feeding your bones the key nutrients they need to grow and maintain strength is absolutely essential.
Not having enough of this protein was once considered to be an irreversible step in the progression of bone loss… Until now.
