DNC to Virtually Nominate Biden
The Democratic National Committee plans to virtually nominate President Biden ahead of the party’s August convention, allowing Biden to appear on the November ballot in Ohio.
Ohio law requires political parties to certify presidential nominees 90 days before November’s election. However, the DNC scheduled its convention for August 19-22, more than a week after Ohio’s August 7 deadline.
A DNC committee is expected to meet next week and approve the virtual proceedings, and all members will vote on the change sometime before Ohio’s August 7 ballot deadline.
The DNC’s announcement was made on the same day that Ohio’s Republican governor called a special legislative session to address the issue.

T-Mobile agreed to purchase U.S. Cellular’s wireless operations, customers, stores, and select spectrum assets for $4.4 billion Tuesday, with the deal expected to close next year.
The acquisition will provide customers from both companies with increased coverage and connection capabilities, especially people in rural parts of the country.
U.S. Cellular will retain ownership of an estimated 4,400 cellular towers, extend T-Mobile’s current leases on 600 towers, and provide T-Mobile an option to lease a minimum of 2,100 additional towers.
U.S. Cellular’s stock jumped more than 2% Tuesday morning on news of the deal.

If you cook with or consume olive oil, it is very important that you read this carefully.

The truth is, most Americans have no idea where their olive oil comes from or the quality of their oil, so they have no clue what they are eating.
A lot of olive oil sold in stores could be old and spoiled, and now you’re potentially just eating unhealthy fat without receiving any of the nutritional benefits.
